LEGO Trains Holiday Train (10173) INCLUDES REPLACED 9V TRAIN KIT AND TRACKS. All pieces have been counted, most that were not accounted for were ordered and replaced so the set should be 99% complete. If anything is missing it is because I wasnt able to order it but it shouldnt be more than 6 or 7 very minor pieces. This is a great set.

Everything works perfectly and has been tested. The 9v train kit is in excelent condition. Every piece that was counted is organized by color, according to the LEGO instruction book index. Both instruction books are included. The original box is starting to come apart but is still in decent condition.

There is a huge amount of tracks. Enough to go around a large christmas tree, we used to do it every year. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
