Bachmann 00825 Southern Railway Echo Valley Express HO Gauge Steam Train Set. Set comes with 4 trains cars, 16 pieces of track, an EZ Command Control Center, an AC adapter for the control center, a red cord to communicate between the control center and track, and the paperwork/instructions. As mentioned above, the Control Center fails to turn on when plugged in.

I don't know what the issue is, but the AC adapter is not the cause as it successfully turns on my electric keyboard when tested. The main box is also in pretty rough shape. Please refer to pictures and'condition description' for other issues. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
