Original family owned vintage 1940's Lionel 1664 2-4-2 locomotive train set. Comes with 14 straight tracks and 8 curved tracks- shows some wear - might need good cleaning to remove any rust or bend to create good contact; 35 bracket clips to attach tracks to a wood platform for stabilizing; 2 Lionel Lock-ons; 1041 type Multi-control with whistle lever 60w transformer, 60 cycles 115 volts (transformer looks good but not sure of its working condition); 48 page 1940 original instruction book and other information; Plastic uncoupler, bag of wood screws to attach clips to board and varying-condition railroad signs. Locomotive looks excellent, but we were unable to make it run - don't know if it is the locomotive, or just our lack of know-how.
