This is a used set that has been in display case for several years. I t was last set up in 2014 and took up more that a 4' x 8' plywood deck.

All items are in good condition, and some are unused/unopened. Includes everything in the pictures. There are some loose items that will also be included, also have most of the original boxes of the buildings. Some items may need minor repair, such as items reglued. All are in real good condition.

There are 33 cars, 3 locomotives, houses, buildings, cars, trucks, people, animals, trees, signs, etc. I ran the locomotives on a small track and they ran fine.
