Includes 8 straight and 20 curve tracks. 100% complete to the best of my knowledge, there may be 1-2 pieces at most missing that I overlooked while assembling. All accessories work including regulator, train motor and track connectors.

No dry rot on any electrical cords. Light in main train works. I will provide any additional photos upon request. What you see in the photos is what's included.
