Unusually nice condition 1974 Lionel Train Set # 6-1489 original family owned - Santa Fe Double Diesel O27 Gauge electric train set with a double unit diesel with working headlight, in original box. Train runs very nicely on included tracks. Includes 8 cars (Diesel engine Alco A has 2 embossed wipers on windshield, Alco B, Hopper, 2 Gondolas with 2 canisters, Flat car-no stakes, Boxcar and Caboose); 16 track pieces - 8 curved and 8 straight (that is 2 extra straight pieces more than original set); 15 clips to further stabilize tracks; Box of round-head wood screws; Original Lionel CTC Lockon; 2 hookup wires; Blue Trainmaster Transformer 60 cycle, 75 watt 120 volt, 60 hz, AC only with automatic circuit breaker and safety plug plus forward and reverse - AND - Instructions, 1974 booklet and other info.
