Track layout is 4' X 6' Oval. Could be made into a smaller circle. Please Read Railing on Santa Engine and Tree Top Tender Car have been glued back together. The railing on the other side of Santa's Engine shows some wear and cracks.

This is a vintage set and some of the plastic parts maybe brittle from age. Please careful when you assemble.
