We unfortunately had to succumb to a zero tolerance policy for this. After doing this for over 10 years, I have heard EVERY excuse in the book. There is no exception to this.
We leave feedback in bulk every one or 2 weeks. I cannot fix any issue or problem if I do not know about it before hand. I will do my best to make it right for you. We are only human & do make errors & mistakes, even though these times are indeed scarce.
Things will get misplaced, lost, mis-inventoried or even damaged. Again, this is human error & although these instances are rare, they do happen & I will make every effort to rectify this situation. NO warranties are given or implied on anything electronic, especially VINTAGE items(pre-1985). I wish I had the time to test & re-test each & every electronic item I have in stock, but again, simply not enough time in the day to do so. 99% of the time they just need new batteries, which is a simple fix.
9 We strive to list each & every item to the best of our human capabilities. If we miss something , it was an honest mistake. If you put ANYTHING under a microscope.... ANY flaw can be found.
NOTHING is gem-mint and grading is VERY subjective. I offer a quality product. Should you decide to open the item & play with it, or display it, you do so at your own risk.
