Item is in the original box and is in perfect condition with no discernible signs of shelf or.. This is NEW OLD STOCK. I got it from an Estate Sale from a collector who never removed it from the factory packaging.

I did not remove it from the box. I did not test the rechargeable battery.

So there is an element of unknown. It is made in Hong Kong by New Bright Industrial. Other than that it is unique. I do not think there is another of this item online and may not even exist.
