This crossover allows you to make many different track configurations, including the iconic "Figure-8" pattern. Hooking this up is simple. Connect it just like you would any other piece of tubular track. These are prewired for continuous power over the crossover, so no special electrical connections are needed, and your engine won't lose power when it crosses! Includes (6) metal track pins.Wired for continuous power over crossover. No special electrical connections required. Make a figure-8 layout or add switches for endless possibilities. This 10 piece of O gauge tubular track features an 18-volt power lock-on, which completely eliminates the need for soldering wires to your track!
Use in conjunction with the Menards® 18-volt Tubular Track Lock-On Power Supply or with any 18-volt power supply included with Menards® train sets. Simply plug the 18-volt power supply into the track lock-on receptacle and plug in the power source.The indicator light on the track lock-on will illuminate red when the track is powered and the train is ready to run. The red light will blink or turn off when there is a short somewhere on the layout.
If a short occurs, unplug the power supply and fix the short. Reinsert the plug when the short has been corrected. Do you have a larger layout? You can use multiple lock-on pieces (as needed) to add power to the far-reaches of your layout! For use with O Gauge tubular track. LOCK-ON BUNDLES WILL HAVE 1 LESS PIECE OF 10 STRAIGHT. WITH THE 10 LOCK-ON SUBSTITUTE. TRACK SHOULD BE FASTENED SECURELY TO LAYOUT BASE TO ENSURE TIGHT CONNECTIONS.SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE - PICTURES TAKEN ON STANDARD 4' x 8' PLYWOOD SHEET FOR REFERENCE.
