I will do my best to describe the condition as accurately as possible, but this is a vintage train set, and I may not have all details described accurately. I connected a small section of track in a circle, and the train does power on and seems to run around the track. It looks like there is a light in the smokestack. It does slip quite a bit, and I don't know if this has to do with my set up or something else I'm doing wrong, but it does eventually get some traction with fewer cars. I have not evaluated it for any kind of electrical safety and prospective buyers should ensure that this is safe before operating. I have noticed that the locomotive direction will shift multiple times even when the direction button isn't pushed.

I also can't seem to get the whistle to work, but I guess I don't know how that function works. I also can't speak to the condition or completeness of the tracks. I have seen that many are missing pins or have makeshift pins in them. Coal car 2452X (damaged and cracked on side). 29 pieces of curved track.

2 pieces of small curve track. 26 pieces of straight track. 2 signal lights and battery case (missing case cover, functionality unknown). Transformer multi control type 1042.
