One of the track pieces has a couple boards that are broken but doesn't affect the ride. It is controlled by the blue controller with the yellow dial and works perfectly. Runs very smooth and fast. Doesn't come with any figures and only what you see in the pics is what you will receive. I know the caboose is missing part of its roof.
